When Will My Order Arrive?
All IGO Scrubs pieces are made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and detail.
Orders are processed and prepared within 2 weeks of purchase before shipping. Once shipped, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery.
For example, if your order is placed on November 4th, it will be shipped around November 18th, with delivery shortly after.
Please note that during high-demand periods or international shipping delays, processing times may be extended slightly.
Do You Offer Extended Sizing?
Yes, we are committed to offering inclusive sizing.
Please refer to our size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If your size is not currently listed, kindly contact us at hello@igoscrubs.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What Is The Return Policy?
We take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order pieces.
Due to the custom nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size or item, provided the scrubs are unworn and in original condition.

At this time, all orders are made to order and follow our standard processing timeline. If you need your scrubs for a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
